Verification Engineer

Experience:3 to 5 years in safety critical system verification

Domain: Embedded System-Safety critical applications

Qualification: Bachelor/Postgraduate in Engineering – ECE & EEE or Equivalent

Role: This position is for a highly motivated, energetic System V&V engineer who will verify and validate railway signaling safety critical systems. Work location is Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for System Verification & Validation process across the project life cycle.
• Responsible to conduct safety verification and validation activities as per CENELEC Standards.
• Prepare high level technical documentation related to system verification and validation.
• Work independently to contribute for the achievement of V&V goals.
• Responsible for requirement based functional safety testing should produce test cases.
• Responsible for correctness of the test results, design documentation, fulfillment of traceability matrix, quality audits, safety audits across the project organization.
• Responsible for the bug tracking and closure of the tickets.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

• Experience in System Verification & Validation as per EN50126, EN50129 or equivalent standards
• Experience in preparing system verification and validation reports.
• Proven Ability to test system functions as per their safety critical standard levels
• Knowledge of the rail signaling domain is added advantage
• Experience in system testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in document configuration management, requirement Management and workflow management.
• Experience in verification & validation of Train protection system (TPWS), CBTC etc.

Skills:

• Responsible for System Verification & Validation process across the project life cycle.
• Complete knowledge in CENELEC standards EN50126, EN50129.
• Knowledge of DOORS DNG requirement management tool
• Familiar with any of the configuration management tool like Clearcase or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Redmine tool
• Good knowledge in documentation skills including MS-Office, Power point, Microsoft Visio.
• Proficient in English language with good written and communication skills

Validation Manager

Experience:7 to 10 years in safety critical system Verification & Validation

Domain: Embedded System-Safety critical applications

Qualification: Bachelor/Postgraduate in Engineering – ECE & EEE or Equivalent

Role: This position is for a highly motivated, energetic System V&V Manager who will verify and validate railway signaling safety critical systems. Work location is Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the V&V activities across the project lifecycle by effectively managing the system V&V team.
• Responsible for the closure of technical notes raised during the ISA process.
• Responsible for the completion of V&V activities on time by closely work with other teams including design, testing and quality etc.
• Responsible for System Verification & Validation process across the project life cycle.
• Responsible to conduct safety verification and validation activities as per CENELEC Standards.
• Prepare & review high level technical documentation related to system verification and validation.
• Work independently to contribute for the achievement of V&V goals.

• Complete knowledge in CENELEC standards EN50126, EN50129.

Qualification: Bachelor/Postgraduate in Engineering – CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent

Role: This position is for a highly motivated, energetic Software Testing Engineer who will test safety critical application software. Work location is Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Study and understand the software requirement & design documents.
• Responsible to prepare and implement the software testing plan as per safety target.
• Responsible to conduct low level requirement-based software testing.
• Responsible for the static and dynamic analysis of the software as per EN50128 SIL 4 level
• Preparation of test specification for Unit testing, Integration testing, Software hardware integration testing as per safety target
• Responsible to conduct testing activities using LDRA Tool suite and test report generation.
• Work independently in the team and responsible for the testing related activities.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Software testing as per EN50128 or equivalent standards
• Knowledge on MISRA C Standard is must.
• Hands-on experience in testing using LDRA Tool suite or any other similar testing tool.
• Experience in software integration and SHI testing.
• Experience in preparation of test cases and test reports as per SIL4 level.
• Experience in conducting static and dynamic analysis as per En50128 requirements.
• Experience in unit testing, regression testing, MC/DC testing, equivalence class partition, boundary value analysis.

• Expert level in C program
